About the Role:

This full-time role will require you to live onsite, and lead the day-to-day operations of the Motel, including but not limited to:

  • Guest services and reception: Manage guest check-ins, inquiries, and bookings with professionalism and a warm welcome.
  • Revenue management: Monitor and adjust room rates in response to local events.
  • Administration: Respond to guest feedback, manage stock orders and inventory, and maintain operational records.
  • Property operations: basic room and property maintenance, pool care, and grounds upkeep.

About You:

  • Proven motel management experience in a hands-on role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests and stakeholders.
  • High level computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications, property management systems, and online travel agencies.
  • Ability to live onsite, work weekends and public holidays.
