We are looking for a full time qualified chef to join our busy catering team

Generally starting at 4am, you will be working with our Chef Director and team to produce consistency in a fast paced environment ensuring food standards are kept high at all times.

We operate seven days, servicing large Reef Tour Boats, Charter Boats and Day Tour Groups. We utilise the best local produce from Cairns, the Tablelands and surrounding area.

We are seeking someone with experience in a high volume production kitchen with excellent knife skills, a passion for fresh food who is self motivated and enthusiastic.
