Our kitchen team is expanding, and we are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our culinary team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef (ANZSCO 351311) to prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent kitchen standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef and contribute to menu development, service quality, and team supervision.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet Evra standards
- Monitor stock, inventory, and food costs
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP requirements
- Assist the Head Chef with menu design, specials, and day-to-day kitchen operations

Skills and Experience Required

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience as a qualified Chef
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and stock management
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and leadership skills
