We're known for our positive team culture, strong customer focus and award-winning service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Administrative All-Rounder to join our Ferntree Gully team.


About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in supporting our administration and finance operations. No two days will be the same

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing floorplan requirements for our Ferntree Gully and Lilydale dealerships
  • Final costing of vehicle purchases contracts for new vehicles.
  • Debtors' follow-up and reconciliation
  • Weekly, monthly and year end general ledger balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with cash management, daily banking, refunds and payouts
  • Assisting with maintaining dealership processes.
  • Assist with month end/year end close.
  • General administrative tasks as required.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in accurate, quality work.


About You

  • Pentana experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Broad accounting knowledge
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build positive working relationships
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
