We work collaboratively to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all.Your role, your impactAs a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and filled with hope. You'll play a key role in supporting our reception and administrative functions, helping people access the care they need.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome each customer with empathy and hopeManage reception, clerical, and administrative tasks across Primary Health programsCollaborate with team members to deliver efficient, effective serviceRespond to public enquiries with accurate information or direct to the right staffFacilitate culturally sensitive communication, including interpreter servicesMaintain confidentiality while managing appointments and electronic systemsSupport fellow team members and contribute to a positive team dynamicWho We're Looking ForStrong customer service and administration experienceAbility to communicate effectively with diverse groupsCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeCommitment to community health principles and customer focusIntermediate IT skills and experience with electronic client management systems (e.g., Pracsoft, Outlook, Excel)Driver's Licence for travel between locationsWhat Will Make You Stand OutExperience working in a dental or medical clinicWhat's in it for you?At Each you'll be supported to be your best.
