Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, contractors and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as key management, data entry, filing and maintaining records
  • Manage and maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Ability to handle multiple phone calls and maintain a calm and composed attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Willingness to undertake a traineeship - NSW CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
