The Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), with a strong emphasis on driving organic traffic through engaging posts and video content. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish regular content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with a focus on video content that drives organic engagement.
  • Implement social media strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement.
  • Create and edit captivating video content to showcase our products, share pet tips, and foster our online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align content with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor trends in social media, tools, and applications to stay current and propose new growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships with influencers and content creators to expand our brand reach.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community interaction.
  • Assist with content creation for social media campaigns and promotions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly with a focus on video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and organic posting strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative flair for generating engaging content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
