Do you love food and can you talk about it all day? rankONE, Melbourne’s number one restaurant and cafe marketing agency, is looking for a Junior Social Media Account Manager.

Required Skillset / Experience:

- Strong written communication skills are essential, with experience in copywriting or any type of writing for Social Media would be advantageous.
- Able to work independently and use your initiative and taking ownership of the end to end delivery of the social media campaigns.
- Creating original content comes naturally to you and writing, managing and implementing an effective social media plan and strategy excites you.
- Answering questions, comments and DMs and online customer service on a daily basis.
- Social media influencer management
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and can hit the ground running

Based on Station Street in Moorabbin, Victoria, the Account Management position available will include such things as liaising and strategising with clients, writing and scheduling social media posts, designing posters for events and special occasions, responding to customer feedback and reviews and working with social media influencers.
