We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing team at Nichols Crowder Moorabbin, a leading Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Agency in Melbourne's South East.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration/marketing experience and is keen to take the next step in their career.

To thrive in the fast-paced real estate marketing environment, you will love multi-tasking, possess excellent IT skills and have excellent attention to detail.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for property campaigns. This will include creating and producing marketing materials, managing social media accounts and collaborating with the Sales Team and Marketing Director to develop effective property marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute property marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, e-mail and print.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and support sales efforts such as web listings, signage, photography, reports and information memorandums, e-mail and social content, video content, brochures, flyers and other promotional items.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate workflows with marketing assistants, refine processes and efficiencies.
  • Maintain and update company marketing collateral, including website and social media communication.
  • Liase with external suppliers such as print and web providers.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Enjoys keeping busy and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good at problem solving skills and excellent multi-tasker.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Passionate about graphic design/visual communication.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Previous experience in real estate marketing/design, events or hospitality/tourism (preferred but non-essential).

Extra details:

  • Initially the role is in office, with opportunities to hybrid (2 days) in the future.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
