About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate (Resales) to join the Retirement Living team of this respected organisation. In this role, you will support residents and families through the resale process across multiple villages.
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their sales career, or re-enter the workforce in a role that blends sales, marketing, and meaningful community impact. With a supportive team and purposeful work, you'll guide families through one of life's biggest decisions with professionalism and empathy.
What You'll Do
Manage resale enquiries and guide prospective buyers through the journey from first contact to settlement.
- Build positive relationships with residents and families, providing timely and compassionate updates.
- Prepare and manage property listings on , , and other platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns, including Facebook updates and EDM communications.
- Issue fortnightly vendor updates and contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, recording all enquiries, follow-ups, and sales actions.
- Collaborate with Village Managers and internal teams (Marketing, Contracts, Finance) to ensure smooth settlements.

Additional Information
