A Rare Opportunity in Fine Jewellery Sales

Molten Store is seeking experienced, sales-driven Casual Sales Associates to join our retail team across our James Street and Westfield Chermside boutiques.

This is a role for jewellery lovers: people who delight in fine craftsmanship, have a passion for diamonds and gemstones, and thrive in creating bespoke, memorable client experiences.

We're looking for candidates who know how to sell high-value pieces with confidence, integrity, and genuine excitement - someone ready to bring their jewellery knowledge into a boutique environment where relationships matter as much as sales.

About the Role

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will:

  • Deliver consultative fine jewellery sales, including bespoke and custom pieces
  • Confidently share product knowledge on diamonds, coloured gemstones, and fine jewellery craftsmanship
  • Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and jewellery storytelling
  • Support daily boutique rhythms: stock care, presentation, and visual merchandising
  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture that values initiative, reliability, and team learning
  • Work flexible casual hours - ideally 4+ shifts per week, including at least one weekend day
  • Be open to working across both James Street and Chermside boutiques (preferences accommodated where possible)

What We're Looking For
  • Fine jewellery or luxury sales experience is highly regarded - especially with diamonds, gemstones, or bespoke/custom pieces
  • Confidence in selling high-value products and achieving individual sales targets
  • A genuine passion for jewellery, client relationships, and the artistry behind adornment
  • Strong initiative, reliability, and a collaborative approach to team culture
