We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Associate to join Oliver Jonker's high-performing team at Coronis Ascot. Whether you come from real estate, property development, BDM roles, high-end sales, or communications, this is a rare opportunity to gain direct mentorship from one of the best in the business.

With over a decade of experience in Brisbane's elite property market, Oliver Jonker has built a reputation for excellence, results, and leadership. His hands-on mentorship will give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to rise through the ranks — and potentially become the next number one agent.

Oliver's team currently consists of himself as lead agent, an executive assistant, and one other sales associate, so you will be joining an established and cohesive team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're open to individuals with diverse experience who are ready to bring their professional skills into real estate. You might come from:

  • Property development or project marketing

  • Business development or client relationship roles in the property space

  • High-end retail, luxury automotive, or premium sales environments

  • Communications, marketing, or media

  • Real estate (sales, PM, or admin roles)

In this role, you will work directly with Oliver Jonker and the Coronis Ascot team to learn, grow, and eventually be able to step out as an individual agent. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-end market while receiving ongoing support and development.
