Business Development Representative

Zone IT Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and nurturing potential clients to drive our recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities for our recruitment services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to align our services with their hiring needs.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Track sales progress and report insights to management for continuous improvement of strategies.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Zone IT Solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A solid understanding of the recruitment industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
