Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with a large hospitality client who are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join their team.

This role is pivotal in driving growth and establishing long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, adapting outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team to further engage and convert leads into clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored outreach campaigns and strategies that resonate with the target audience.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and maintain a competitive edge in business development strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
