Digital Media Coordinator – Marketing and Communications

As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for Chisholm's day-to-day digital media activity, including:

• Creation and coordination of audience and channel-specific content
• Driving and managing positive brand awareness and engagement on Chisholm-owned digital media channels
• Monitoring and managing Chisholm's online community
• Contributing to the development and delivery of strategically aligned digital media campaigns and content plans
• Driving positive brand engagement, awareness, consideration, conversion, and growth of target audiences in a competitive digital environment.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications and skills required for the role

• A relevant degree in marketing, public relations, media, journalism or communications and digital media experience, or an equivalent combination of substantial relevant experience and/or education and training.
• Experience in end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools
• Knowledgeable in SEM, SEO, social media marketing, key messaging, creative direction and UX.
• Experience in digital and relationship marketing with a diverse group of stakeholders, including managing complex team environments
• Experience in developing, implementing and adjusting a monthly content plan across digital media channels, including Meta, Google, digital display, short form video platforms, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to implement digital media procedures across a large and diverse organisation.
• Ability to educate, support and guide various stakeholders and employees about digital media best practice.
