An innovative and fast-paced tech company is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead its business systems strategy—beginning with the implementation and integration of Oracle Fusion ERP. This role blends strategic ownership with deep technical involvement and offers the opportunity to influence the company's digital infrastructure from day one.

We're looking for a curious, technically-driven leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving cross-functional challenges, and is passionate about building secure, scalable IT systems that power the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Design and execute API-driven integration strategies between ERP and core business systems
  • Own the architecture and hands-on delivery of REST-based integrations across Cloud and on-prem environments
  • Ensure governance, security, and observability across all business systems
  • Act as the technical escalation point and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Drive process automation and operational excellence across IT services
  • Support service management, change control, and stakeholder engagement
  • Work cross-functionally to evolve enterprise IT architecture in line with business goals

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years in ERP system implementation and integration (Oracle Fusion strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership in IT programs with technical and managerial responsibilities
  • Expertise in REST APIs, Cloud-based services, and integration frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, TLS) and enterprise security practices
  • Experience with both Cloud-native (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and hybrid IT environments
  • Strong grasp of DevOps, automation, and modern service management practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for government security clearance

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Go or scripting within a Linux-first environment
  • Familiarity with broader IT disciplines like networking or endpoint management
  • Background in end-user computing or managing cross-functional infrastructure services
