About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Piling Rig Operators to join our team for Piling projects across New South Wales.

You will be responsible for operating piling and drilling rigs safely and efficiently to support our Bored and CFA piling operations across a range of infrastructure and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate drilling and piling rigs in accordance with safety and operational procedures
  • Carry out daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance
  • Assist with rig setup and pack-down
  • Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project timelines
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Adhoc duties as required

About you

  • Proven experience operating geotechnical or piling rigs (Essential for the role)
  • Jet Grouting experience (highly regarded)
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Willingness to work away from home on remote or interstate projects
  • Relevant plant or high-risk work tickets (advantageous)
  • Committed to learning and career development in piling operations
