Join our global Operational Risk Team based in Sydney who provide guidance to Macquarie's operating and support groups on the management of material risks and deliver oversight, challenge and insights on Macquarie's risk profile.

What role will you play?
In this role you will support the governance of Macquarie's Operational Risk Material Risk Frameworks, related strategic initiatives and embedment of principles across the organisation. You will identify and propose improvement opportunities which will inform the design of Macquarie's risk management frameworks. You will also develop subject matter expertise across risk assessments, control management, assurance, issues and incident management and policy governance to provide effective oversight over our frameworks and practices.

About the Risk Management Group
Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
