About the role

We are seeking a skilled Crane Truck Operator to join our civil project team. Working on a 2:1 roster in rural NSW, you will be responsible for transporting, lifting, and placing equipment and materials to support piling and civil construction works. This is a hands-on role requiring both operating and labouring duties, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating crane trucks to safely transport and lift site materials and equipment.
  • Supporting piling and civil operations through equipment handling and delivery.
  • Performing dogging duties, rigging, and safe load management.
  • Conducting daily inspections and basic servicing of plant and equipment.
  • Assisting with general site labouring tasks when required.
  • Working collaboratively with supervisors and crews to ensure project delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in civil construction environments.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating a crane truck.
  • Current HR licence
  • Crane ticket (C0, C1, C6, C2 or CV).
  • Dogman Licence (DG – essential).
  • Construction White Card (essential).
  • Physically fit for labour-intensive work (essential).
  • Telehandler ticket or Gold Card (6T+) (desirable).
  • Forklift (LF) licence (desirable).
  • Flexibility to work on a 2:1 roster in rural NSW.
  • The right to work in Australia
