About the Role

In this senior leadership role, you will:

  • Manage multiple single-rig piling crews across the region or take charge of a large multi-rig project.
  • Oversee foundations plant and labour resources, ensuring the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
  • Drive performance by ensuring quality, cost, safety, and productivity targets are met.
  • Provide technical advice for project planning.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project teams.
  • Monitor progress and problem-solve to keep projects moving efficiently.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an exceptional leader with:

  • Expertise across the full suite of foundation and ground improvement techniques—marine piling, bored piling, driven piles, mini piling, CFA, DFA, and anchoring.
  • Strong cost and quality management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, with direct supervision of construction teams.
  • A genuine passion for coaching and mentoring—we want a leader who lifts others up.
  • A commitment to Zero Harm, safety, and environmental excellence.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
