We're a growing civil construction company based in Sydney and the Gold Coast, delivering infrastructure and piling projects across New South Wales and Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality and reliability, we're on the lookout for an experienced and safety-focused Truck Driver to support our project operations.

About the Role

Based out of Sydney, this role involves transporting construction plant, equipment, and materials to and from project sites throughout NSW. The role suits someone who's confident operating a heavy combination (HC) vehicle and has previous experience working in or around construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate heavy combination (HC) vehicles to transport machinery and materials
  • Load and unload equipment safely and securely (including plant such as piling rigs and excavators)
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete pre-start checks
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and logbooks in line with NHVR compliance
  • Liaise with site managers and logistics teams to coordinate transport schedules
  • Assist with general yard duties or site support when not on the road

Roster & Travel

  • Monday to Friday work with early starts
  • Most weeks you'll be home for the weekend
  • Occasional weekend stays away may be required depending on project location (accommodation and allowances provided)

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

  • A minimum of a current and valid HC licence (MC licence highly regarded)
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)
  • A clean driving record with a strong understanding of road transport rules and fatigue management
  • Experience transporting heavy plant or construction equipment is desirable
  • A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to travel and stay away when needed
