WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a key role in escalating and resolving tickets at a level 1 capacity. You will also develop your skills and work with different types of tools and software. Working closely within a team and a Service Desk Team Lead.

You'll gain experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, Troubleshooting, RDP in an MSP, you will support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. You will gain the ability to manage, resolve, escalate and communicate in this role.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • Minimum 6 months experience of within the IT industry
  • Experience across customer service and excellent communication skills
  • understanding of M365, RMM and Windows

TO BE CONSIDERED…..

  • Familiar with Active Directory
  • A Diploma or Bachelors in IT
