About the Opportunity:
Kisumé is seeking a talented sushi chef to join their team. Work with supportive and passionate chefs in an award-winning venue. You will be driven and genuinely passionate about cooking. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant
  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
  • Understanding of food safety standards
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation
  • Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
