MAMAS Dining Group - the team behind Hochi Mama, Kiss & Tell, Straight Outta Saigon, Suzie Q, and Windsor Wine Room is launching DISUKO, a high-energy Japanese rooftop restaurant and bar blending precision sushi, yakitori theatre and vinyl-fuelled nightlife.

The Opportunities

We're on the lookout for talented full-time and casual Chefs to join our kitchen team - from skilled Section Chefs to strong all-rounders who love the rush of service and the craft of beautiful food.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to venue recipes and standards
  • Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

What You'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a CDP or Commis Chef in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong passion for food and creativity in the culinary arts
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some lunches
