Are you passionate about helping people with neurological conditions stay in work? Join our award-winning team at MS Plus, where you'll support people living with MS and other neurological conditions to thrive in their employment—without the stress of NDIS or billable targets.

We're expanding our Specialist Employment Support Service and looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to deliver Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Program support.

You'll play a key role in helping people with MS or other neurological conditions stay employed, offering holistic support that considers physical, cognitive, and lifestyle factors. You'll be backed by a strong team and comprehensive training.

About the Role

You'll support people with neurological conditions to maintain employment through:


• Holistic assessments (physical, cognitive, vocational)


• Workplace modifications & assistive tech


• Employer education & advocacy


• Creative problem-solving and person-centered care

About You


• AHPRA or ESSA registered OT, Physio or EP


• Passionate about neuro and employment support


• Excellent communicator and relationship builder


• Organised, empathetic, and collaborative


• Experience in community, DES or rehab settings is a bonus (new grads welcome)
