Sunlight Health Co is a registered NDIS service provider based in Blackburn. We're a multidisciplinary allied health practice passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred support for people of all ages and backgrounds.

We're currently seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days). Our modern, spacious clinic features a large sensory activity room ideal for group and play-based therapy, a kitchen, along with multiple private consultation rooms designed for comfort, accessibility, and confidentiality. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct functional and developmental assessments
  • Develop client-centred and goal-oriented therapy plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to build everyday skills & independence across various settings (e.g., clinic, home, school)
  • Collaborate with families, educators & multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What You'll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 1+ year clinical experience with paediatric and/or adult clients in disability sector (NDIS experience preferred)
  • Current AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese (Desirable but not necessary)
  • A passion for working with NDIS participants and families to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a diverse, team-based environment
  • Excellent time management, documentation, and attention to detail
