Join our leading orthodontic group as a Patient Consultant / Practice Coordinator. We are a multi-practice specialist group dedicated to patient satisfaction and continually striving to help people by creating a positive dental experience. You will play a pivotal role in the operation of our front desk concierge, with opportunities for future growth.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and switched-on applicant, who loves connecting with people as much as we do. The applicant must aim to provide the ultimate customer service experience. Must be technologically savvy to learn basic patient management CRM, an experienced candidate passionate about customer service & sales to expand their skill set and be an integral part of our front desk team.

Orthodontic Patient Consultant / Practice Coordinator

Location - Blackburn

You will be responsible for Cranbourne practice's overall front desk management and business development. You will provide a high level of front-of-house/office customer service and administration support for a high-performing team. This role will transition into a practice manager role for the right candidate.

Job Duties Include-

  • Management of appointment books.
  • Handling phone and email inquiries.
  • General admin duties as requested by the business.
  • Managing overall practice day-to-day tasks ensuring smooth running of the practice.
  • Business Development engagement with the referring dentists.
  • Providing the highest quality of patient care and customer service
  • Social Media Management
  • Treatment coordination involves explaining treatment costs, and payment plan terms to the patient.

Requirements:

  • Excellent conversational skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Dolphin Management System
  • Excellent patient communication/Phone skills and fluent in English
  • Reliable, mature and responsible personality.
  • Good with computers and Microsoft Office suits ms word, excel.
  • The ability to multitask and fast learner
  • Good organizational skills
  • Friendly and caring personality customer service oriented.
  • Mature-minded and reliable.

The position requires working 3-4 weekdays between 8 am- 5.00 pm with a work-life balance and No Weekend work.
