One of the country's most respected brands and industry leaders is seeking a highly motivated internal salesperson to join our Customer Service team. RJ Garage Doors is focused on building long-term relationships with our customers whilst inspiring a high-performance culture. This role provides the potential for further career development and opportunities within the business.

Permanent 8.30 am-5.00 pm shift with the occasional Saturday 9.00 am-12.00 pm

A customer focussed sales professional is required to join this Melbourne-based Industry Leader.

Job Requirements

  • Proven telephone-based customer service, including service, sales, and general inquiries.
  • You will have a positive attitude and enjoy working in front-line customer service, providing a true customer experience.
  • Enjoy the challenge of a dynamic sales environment, knowing each day that you've made a positive difference and impact on your customers
  • Ability to multi-task across a range of functions.
  • Have a genuine interest in supporting team members
  • You really believe in putting People First
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft365, specifically - Word, Outlook & Excel (including formulas and data entry)
  • Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Experience in building supplies, home improvement, or manufacturing industries preferred but not essential
