ENZED Toowoomba is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Centre Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with mechanical or hydraulic knowledge and a strong drive to deliver exceptional service.


About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling product enquiries, processing orders, and offering technical sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers at the counter, answering inquiries and processing sales transactions
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy and replenishing stock as needed
  • Providing technical support and advice to customers on the appropriate parts and accessories for their equipment
  • Collaborating with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participating in the day-to-day operations of the service centre, including receiving and processing incoming shipments

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or parts counter role, preferably in the trades or hydraulics industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • A professional, proactive, and organised approach
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and point-of-sale proficiency
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
