What Your Day Will Look Like….
In this role, you'll be at the centre of executive operations, guiding a skilled team to deliver seamless, high-quality administrative support. Your day will involve coordinating critical communications, reviewing and refining complex documents, and ensuring the timely delivery of ministerial and board-related correspondence. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—from senior health officials to community partners—building trusted relationships that enable smooth and effective outcomes. Whether you're leading strategic initiatives, mentoring your team, or streamlining processes to meet competing priorities, your work will help ensure the Office of the Chief Executive runs with precision, professionalism, and purpose.
