Moonlight Care is in the final stage of its current recruitment round and has a small number of ongoing part-time vacancies remaining. These roles range from 25 to 37 hours per week and are ideal for individuals who can work these hours unrestricted on an ongoing basis.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced Support Workers (ideally 2+ years) who:
- Are available at least 4 work days (Monday to Sunday)
- Have completed, or are willing to quickly renew, relevant NDIS compliance requirements
- Are reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll:
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks
- Support community access, transport, and skill building
- Follow individualised support plans and administer medication as needed
- Build respectful relationships with participants, families, and health professionals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment

- Manual Handling Certificate (face-to-face, valid 12 months)

- First Aid Certificate (valid 3 years)
- CPR Certificate (valid 12 months)
- Vehicle insurance documentation (if driving for work)
- Onboarding documents: Tax File Declaration, Super Form, Employment Contract, Code of Conduct, and related HR forms

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.95 – $50.46 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perth WA 6062: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
