Your Role

As a Community Support Worker, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day by:

  • Supporting clients with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, mobility)
  • Assisting with meal preparation, cleaning, and household tasks
  • Encouraging social outings, community access, and companionship
  • Documenting progress and maintaining clear communication
  • Working alongside families, coordinators, and allied health professionals
  • Following all safety standards and NDIS guidelines

About You

We're looking for reliable, caring, and professional individuals who are passionate about supporting others. You'll need:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services
  • Experience working with older people or people with disability
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Manual Handling and Medication Competency
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation & Induction Modules (online)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's licence & comprehensive insurance
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Minimum availability of 3 weekdays

Pay: $34.00 – $48.00 per hour
