**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and assistance to individuals living with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives. This includes support across daily living tasks, community participation, social inclusion, and skill-building activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation
- Assist clients to engage in the community, including recreational and social activities
- Support clients to achieve their NDIS goals and develop independent living skills
- Maintain clear and accurate shift documentation and progress notes
- Follow client care plans and behaviour support strategies
- Administer medication (where trained and authorised)
- Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar (desirable)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Completion of NDIS orientation modules
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
