About Us

We partner directly with NDIS participants to build safe, flexible, and high-quality support teams. We recruit, match, and onboard support workers on behalf of participants, ensuring compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards.

Our model is simple: when we successfully connect a participant with a support worker, we charge the participant a small success fee. This allows participants to build teams within their NDIS budget, while giving workers access to consistent opportunities.

We also understand that many workers and participants prefer the contractor model. We are open to both employment and contractor arrangements, negotiated case by case.

The Role

We are seeking Support Workers in Perth to provide ongoing disability and community support. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Assistance with daily living (personal care, meal prep, household tasks).
  • Social and community participation.
  • Transport and mobility support.
  • Skills development and capacity building.

Shifts are participant-led and can range from casual to ongoing arrangements.

Compliance Requirements (NDIS & Legal)

To be eligible, you must meet the following:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory).
  • Working with Children Check (WA) if working with minors.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011/HLTAID009 or equivalent).
  • Valid Driver's Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance (if providing transport).
  • Proof of Right to Work in Australia.
  • NDIS Orientation Module Certificate (Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You).

Highly regarded but not mandatory:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with people with disability, mental health, or complex needs.
  • Behaviour Support training (if applicable to the participant's plan).
