Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role

The Advisor, People Experience is a key role within the Workforce Capability team.

Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, the Advisor, People Experience partners across the business to help embed the organisation's values and strengthen the employee experience.

The role is responsible for designing and delivering culture and engagement programs, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, and employee recognition and reward strategies.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action plans, and events
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of employee recognition programs and facilitate workshops
  • Monitor engagement metrics and analyse results to inform actions and continuous improvement
  • Support the effective delivery of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) plans
  • Project management of Workforce Capability programs, including maintaining program calendars, budgets, communications, and evaluation processes

About You

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with extensive experience in Human Resources disciplines. The successful candidate will have a Diploma qualification, or higher, in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline and substantial experience in HR, as well as the following:

  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in HR, employee engagement, DEIB, or organisational development
  • Data and insights-driven mindset with experience using engagement or DEI data for reporting and decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
