About the roleAs Head of P&C Business Partnering, you'll shape and deliver the people strategy for a significant area of responsibility within Coles. This is a pivotal leadership role, where you will:
Develop people strategies and plans that connect to the Win Together Strategy embedding the right culture, enabling teams to thrive, developing and rewarding talent, and supporting business change.
Lead and inspire a team of People & Culture professionals to deliver trusted, forward-looking advice and high-quality partnering services.
Partner with senior business leaders to align organisational goals with people outcomes that strengthen performance and capability.
Champion an inclusive, safe, and high-performing workplace culture where everyone can achieve their best.
Govern People & Culture programs, frameworks, and initiatives that ensure consistency and innovation across Coles.
You are an accomplished People & Culture leader who thrives on shaping people strategies that create impact at scale. You have a strong record of leading teams and influencing executives to drive organisational performance.
Ideally you'll also bring:
Proven ability to translate business strategy into people outcomes across a large, fast-paced organisation.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the courage to challenge, influence, and inspire change.
A track record of building and developing high-performing People & Culture teams to deliver transformational change.
Experience in strategic workforce planning and operating model design.
A pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset, coupled with a deep care for people and culture.
The ability to foster trusted, collaborative relationships at senior levels.
Experience working within an omni-channel retail environment is desirable.
