About the role

This is a full-time role based in West Melbourne, VIC 3003. As the Cleaning Site Supervisor at Acan Group Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a team of cleaners to ensure the effective delivery of cleaning services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and provide direction to a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered
  2. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client requirements
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cleaning team, providing feedback and support as needed
  4. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services
  5. Coordinate the allocation of cleaning resources and equipment to meet the demands of multiple sites
  6. Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a commercial cleaning environment
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients
  4. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  5. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and industry best practices
  6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry
  7. A valid driver's license may be required depending on the location of the job site.
