The Role

We're seeking a professional Site Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site delivery. You'll be the key link between our project management team and the trades on the ground, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate daily site activities, sequencing, and subcontractor scheduling
  • Lead and supervise trades to ensure productivity, quality, and site safety
  • Monitor workmanship and enforce our high standards throughout each stage
  • Oversee WHS compliance and maintain a clean, organised site
  • Manage deliveries, materials, and equipment on-site
  • Track progress against program timelines and raise issues early
  • Work closely with the Director and project admin team on budgets, variations, and reporting
  • Build strong, professional relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Deliver projects you can be proud of, aligned with our reputation for detail and professionalism

About You
  • 5+ years' experience in construction (carpenter, leading hand, or supervisor background)
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read/interpret plans
  • Proven ability to manage trades and keep projects running efficiently
  • Professional communication skills, confident dealing with clients and subcontractors
  • Current driver's licence and White Card essential; trade qualification preferred
