Overview

BGIS is hiring for Airport Site Cleaning roles, including Supervisors and Cleaners. Positions are onsite at the airport, with both full-time and part-time options and opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Do
  • Cleaning Supervisors: lead and support a team of cleaners to deliver high standards; manage rosters, supplies, and client expectations; conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and cleaning protocols.
  • Cleaners (Full-Time & Part-Time): perform general cleaning duties across terminal, office, and facility spaces; maintain cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas; operate equipment safely and follow health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in cleaning or supervising cleaning teams (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments like airports.
