We are currently seeking applications from people interested in a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor role based at one of our high-profile contracts based in Melbourne CBD, VIC.

The Position:

  • Permanent Full Time: Monday to Friday, 06:00am - 02:06pm
  • Oversee and train cleaning staff
  • Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks
  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards
  • Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Remuneration is CSE Level 3 + Leading Hand Allowance

Minimum Criteria:

  • Must have supervisory experience
  • Experience in cleaning operations; commercial or industrial (desired) but not essential
  • Current Police Clearance no older than 6 months or willing to obtain
  • WWCC - Working with Children Card
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
  • Professional presentation and customer service
  • Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
