About the Role

You'll manage a defined territory and take full ownership of a diverse customer base, helping them source the right packaging for their needs. This is a proactive role for someone who enjoys being out on the road (60%+) and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue new market opportunities across Victoria
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients—understanding their business and solving packaging challenges
  • Work independently while being part of a supportive national team
  • Build a robust pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle
  • Collaborate with supply chain, artwork, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in account management or business development
  • A strong sense of ownership, hunger to succeed, and resilience
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organisation and time management
  • Background in agribusiness, packaging, or industrial sales is an advantage
  • Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP)
  • 3+ years of account management or business development experience in B2B sales
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record required
