To succeed in this role, you will need to have 10+ years of experience in sales management, including 5+ years of leading teams. You should have a proven ability to build and coach high-performing sales teams, as well as strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will also have commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and driving margin. Skilled in consultative selling and strategic planning, you will be able to represent the company at industry events and contribute to national initiatives.
