The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored insurance advice and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance clients.
  • Deliver customised insurance solutions and trusted advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Coordinate renewals, endorsements, and claims efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Account Manager or similar insurance role.
  • Tier 1 qualified.
  • Technical knowledge across a range of insurance classes.
  • Proficient with broking systems and insurer portals.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
