We're looking for curious, client-focused graduates who enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative team. From day one, you'll be a valued member of the team—working alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience, and building the foundations of a successful career. Your ideas, energy, and fresh perspective will be welcomed as we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

A typical week might include:

  • Maintaining efficient workflow management
  • Ensuring client work is completed within time allocation and job budgets
  • Preparation of various work papers
  • Preparation of client reports including financial statements, management letters, reports of findings
  • Contribution at team meetings
  • Achieve personal budgeted production targets
  • Ensure retention of clients through service excellence & client focus
  • Maintaining high professional standards and personal integrity
  • Monitor and review aged WIP
  • Consulting with Managers & Partners on progression of jobs

What we are looking for

  • Recently completed, or soon to graduate from, a tertiary degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Looking toward obtaining your CA/CPA qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office software packages
