ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with:

  • A diploma/degree in Financial Planning;
  • Atleast 2-3 years experience in the Financial Planning industry as a paraplanner or CSO;
  • Experience with Captegra CRM, Threads, XPLAN
  • Strong sense of taking initiative;
  • Problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong tech and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure in a close team environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Key duties of the role are;

  • Working closely with the financial advisers to develop investment strategies for clients needs, helping them to meet their financial goals
  • Preparing and writing all types of SOAs
  • Financial planning administration - completion of application forms, super rollover forms, the purchase and sale of clients financial assets
  • Following up of clients applications and other tasks with various fund managers.
  • Maintaining client files and manage existing clients
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new clients

This role reports directly to the Director in the Financial Planning division.
