About Insight

One of Australia's leading fundraising agencies is looking to build a remote team of callers to help the further support of amazing charities like Animal Welfare League, Sporting Wheelies & PCYC and more


This role is perfect for people who:

  • Already have sales, customer service, or hospitality experience and can transfer those skills into tele sales.
  • Are self-sufficient, reliable, and organised — you'll be working independently from home.
  • Enjoy talking to people and know how to build rapport quickly.
  • Are in Uni, backpacking, or an early career professional, this is a great way to earn while keeping flexibility.
  • Want meaningful work that helps fund amazing charities.

Role Requirements

  • Clear communication skills & fluent English.
  • Confidence on the phone — you can keep the energy up even when handling objections.
  • Transferable experience from sales, customer service, retail, call centres, or hospitality.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to work independently without daily in-office oversight.
  • Basic computer literacy (typing, CRM navigation, video calls).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Teams
  • A quiet, stable home workspace with reliable internet.
  • Can attend our 3 day interviews & induction in-person from dates 30th of August to 2nd of September (will take place in the Gold Coast – address to be provided)
