Jewellery Buyer & Sales Assistant (Casual Position) Location: London | Casual Role | Monday to Saturday Availability Required Hours

We're currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Jewellery Buyer & Sales Assistant to join our team in a casual capacity.


Your Role This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:

  • Buying and providing loans on gold jewellery
  • Selling jewellery using excellent interpersonal and selling skills
  • Photographing jewellery for promotional and sales purposes
  • Managing and updating our website and social media platforms
  • Assisting with marketing activities including Google Ads and customer database management
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and long-term business goals

About You We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, trustworthy, and eager to grow with our business. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A friendly, approachable personality and a positive attitude
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
  • A desire for long-term involvement in a growing business
  • An honest, dependable, and professional approach to work
  • The flexibility and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in jewellery buying or retail sales
  • Skills in photography, marketing, website management, and/or social media
