About the Role:

Join a leading NSW Government agency delivering financial and estate services to clients across the state. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on tax preparation, advisory, and accounts management for individuals, trusts, and estates. You'll collaborate with internal teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders while contributing to high-quality, compliant financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tax returns for individuals, deceased estates, and trusts.
  • Provide timely and accurate advisory support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain client records and financial information in compliance with legislation.
  • Liaise with legal teams, ATO, external stakeholders, and internal staff.
  • Assist in audit preparation and financial reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in accounting, taxation, or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems (MYOB, Xero, Reckon Elite) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in government or regulated environments is highly desirable.
