About our client

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded organisation based in Parramatta, seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their friendly and supportive AP team. This part-time position (3 days per week) offers flexibility, a supportive environment, and the option to work from home one day per week. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience who values teamwork and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:As a member of the accounts payable team, your role will include:

  • Complete accounts payable activities, including checking, coding and processing a high volume of invoices
  • Processing reconciliations
  • Create and maintain supplier accounts
  • Perform reconciliations of outstanding purchase order reports
  • Reconciliation of aged trial balance for suppliers
  • Verification and processing of employee expense claims
  • Other tasks as directed by the Accounts Payable Manager

The successful applicant will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency with large ERP System, preferably Oracle
  • Proficiency with Excel (v lookups, x lookups, pivot tables)
  • Friendly and a team player
  • Motivated and organised individual
