About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across business services, taxation, and advisory. You'll be a trusted advisor to your clients and an inspiring leader to your team — shaping not only the future of the firm, but your own professional journey toward partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client portfolios across business services, tax, and advisory.
  • Provide strategic, value-driven advice to business owners and leaders.
  • Review complex tax and compliance work while mentoring junior team members.
  • Lead and inspire a growing team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Partners on firm strategy, client growth, and process improvement.
  • Play an integral role in the firm's leadership succession and growth journey.

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified with
    7+ years' public practice experience
    .
  • Extensive experience in Australian taxation and compliance is essential.
  • Currently residing in Australia with full working rights (no visa restrictions).
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client portfolios.
  • Strong technical skills paired with excellent communication and commercial acumen.
